Room Rentals

Spectrum Center offers two workshop rooms for lease to the Houston community. We are located in a lovely 2 story building inside the Loop near the Galleria area in Houston, Texas. The building offers a spacious, grassy courtyard for breaks in good weather.

Group Room #1 has access to a spacious kitchen and windows. This lovely room can hold up to 40 people in a circle, 60 in theater style seating.

Group Room #2 has access to a kitchenette. This room has a great feeling of privacy and is a favorite for more intimate groups or those who need more quiet. This room can hold 30 in a circle and up to 40 in theater style seating.

Equipment: We have 50 chairs and floor chairs for more casual sitting. Six 6 foot tables and several card tables can be used for registration and other needs. A TV and DVD player is available for use with advance notice. White boards and easels can be used by renters.

Set up and breakdown is the responsibility of the renter and it is expected that the room will be left clean and orderly for the next group.

Rates:

Monday–Friday Evening Rental: $85 or $75 for an ongoing event.

Daytime rentals are available. Price is determined by the Director.

Weekend Rental: Group Room #1: $225 per day for Saturday and Sunday.

Group Room #2: $200 per day.
