I am dedicated to creating transformative experiences of vitality for myclients through natural alternatives. While in the military service I suffered pain and illness which forced me to find my own healing. While conquering my own illnesses, I found massage therapy, hypnosis, reflexology, reiki energy healing and other “alternative” modalities which restored my health.  As a result of my healing, I now makes these alternative options available to my clients. My studies and commitment to health resulted in the birth of CoreLife Holistic Wellness which I founded and continue to operate.At CoreLife we lead the path to BEing a whole and healthy individual. The holistic services offered are non-pharmaceutical and non-invasive. I always work with you toward developing your own Holistic lifestyle free of harsh judgments and inviting the whole you to be fully present in your life.I am currently serving clients at Spectrum Center Houston.  For those not in the Houston area or sheltering at home, I also conduct online consultations via Skype/Video Conferencing phone or Zoom to help you create a mentored health plan.  Free 15 minute information session via telephone is also available.
